Flow-down requirements (send these early)

If your RFQ includes special clauses, documentation packages, or controlled requirements, include them up front. It prevents hidden assumptions and avoids re-quoting.

• Material cert expectations, traceability requirements, and any marking requirements
• Inspection/reporting expectations (first article, dimensional report, objective evidence)
